Task specific simulator of the Soyuz-ТМА transport vehicle

Task specific simulator of the Soyuz-ТМА transport vehicle is intended for the following tasks:

• observation of  the Soyuz-ТМА transport vehicle external layout and outer space environment (the starry sky, underlying terrain);
• study of interior of the descent module and habitation module of the spacecraft;
• familiarization with cosmonauts activity aboard the Soyuz-ТМА transport vehicle;
• study of mechanism, operating principles of the Soyuz-ТМА, obtaining skills to control on-board systems and equipment of the spacecraft;
• interaction with the interior objects, virtual operating desk;
• interaction of crew members;
• study of rendezvous transfer mode, approach and docking with the ISS in manual and automatic modes;
• simulation of the acoustic environment (sound of booster engine during ascent stage, sound of the Soyuz-ТМА’s engine).
